The Foundation
Vitruvian Intelligence AG was founded in St. Gallen by childhood friends Mattia Pasquali and Giorgio Sbriglia, after more than a decade of international experience across financial markets, energy and complex corporate environments. The first investment was Ufficio Appalti, later expanded through Tenders Club to build a broader public procurement intelligence platform.

In 2023, a new investor brought additional strategic and infrastructure know-how. His entry accelerated Vitruvian’s shift toward the physical infrastructure enabling automation, AI and digital transformation, leading to the investment in Terakraft in Sauda, Norway.

Through a dedicated service agreement, Vitruvian supports the strategic, operational and corporate workstreams connected to Terakraft’s expansion.
